I’ve been a full time Realtor, serving the real estate needs of South Florida, since 1980. I love my work and at the end of the day, I’m proud that I can call most of my clients “friends.”

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiating skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. But most importantly, I am all about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.


I specialize in listing, marketing, selling, and closing the residential real estate transaction. I specialize in every aspect of the real estate transaction.  While others may brag that they are “Million Dollar Producers”, through-out my career, I’ve sold over $150 Million worth of real estate. My sellers love that I answer the phone when they call – they know that means I answer the phone when buyers call, too! Buyers love my dedication to finding them that “great deal”.  Both sellers and buyers appreciate that I stay involved in every aspect of the transaction until the day they close – and afterwards, too!  I’m told that this is a rare “specialty” these days.


GRI – Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute & CRS – Certified Residential Specialist, (only 2% of all real estate agents nationwide possess both of these coveted designations!), Chairman’s Club, member of the Miami Board of Realtors, member of the National Association of Realtors, member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Multi-Million Dollar Producer – since 1980!

These accreditations would mean nothing if I didn’t also possess a burning passion and commitment to helping people. It is a source of true joy to me when a client tells me they’ve made a great investment because of me.  My sellers appreciate all the time and money I invest in marketing their homes and in staying on top of all the ever-changing ways there are to effectively market a listing. My commitment to family and church, as well as my political and civic involvement make me an integral part of our growing community.  But it’s my commitment to my clients’ needs that makes me a top producer. Mike Anderson

Born and raised in Miami, FL., I grew up in Coral Gables, where I would run or bike around the neighborhood with my friends and attended the local schools. When I wasn’t busy with schoolwork or friends, I would be helping my Grandparents with the several apartment buildings they owned in Coral Gables or tagging along with my mom showing property.

After graduating from Coral Gables Sr. High, I briefly attended Miami Dade Community College and then the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale for Photography.  I also obtained my bartenders license and worked in several local hot-spots, which I thoroughly enjoyed.  All this while assisting at my step-mother’s law firm and my mom’s real estate practice.  In the end, the pull from my family’s decades old real estate business was too much to deny, it was the right fit for me!  I became a full-time, licensed Realtor in 2005 and have never looked back. I love my work.

My experience in real estate, law, hospitality, photography, and marketing, helped me to jump into the business with both feet and bring a fresh new approach to real estate sales. I enjoy the independence, flexibility, and social activity that comes with being a Realtor and living in South Florida. With over 25 years of experience, I am able to continue the family business and offer unique ideas and a fun, stress-free approach to the real estate transaction. Also, being fluent in Spanish, I’m able to apply the same service to a varied clientele.
